Q. Does the laser hurt when you get hit?
A. No, the system uses harmless infrared technology similar to your TV remote control. There are no projectiles. Laser Skirmish is a non contact sport. It is a very safe sport for all ages.
Q. What should I wear to play?
A. You must wear long pants and fully enclosed shoes. Charleville and surrounding areas are also very hot - so do think about wearing a long shirt and bringing some sunscreen.
Q. Who can play?
A. The game is appropriate to anyone between the ages of 6 years old and 76 years old, male or female. All levels of play can be accommodated, from beginner to experienced.
Q. What do we need to bring when we come out to play?
A. Players will need a signed waiver form and appropriate clothing. Sunscreen is recommended. We do take water breaks as needed so a water bottles are also encouraged.
Q. How long is the field time?
A. Your field time is for how many games you buy, unless additional time can be purchased at any time. Missions will be 15 minutes in length - with breaks in between. The longer you play - the cheaper the price becomes per game.
Q. Do you do birthday parties?
A. We do. We can cater for up to 24 children and will come to you and be able to play in the backyard if required. We have 12 operating guns (with one spare) and normally split the kids up into 2 lots and run through in turns. Make managing food and drink for the party much easier. You could also consider making a booking on one of the weekend sessions. Discounts for more then 10 booked players apply.
Q. When can walk-ons come out and play?
A. Walk-ons are welcomed anytime. However, it is contingent on equipment availability and age compatibility. It is recommended that “walk-ons” call before arriving to check availability.
